SHIPPING POLICY

Pro Gulf Padel S.L. (VAT/NIF: B-4917567843, Calle Fuente Alta, SN, Murcia, Spain) is committed to delivering your padel equipment safely and as quickly as possible.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.
2. DELIVERY TIMES
We currently ship to the following countries in the Gulf region:
- Saudi Arabia: 7–15 business days
- United Arab Emirates: 7–15 business days
- Qatar: 10–18 business days
- Kuwait: 10–18 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during periods of high demand, sales, public holidays, customs inspections, or circumstances outside our control.
We currently do not ship to Spain or other EU countries. Our fulfillment is exclusively available for the Gulf region.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8.99 USD per order. Free shipping is available on all orders equal to or greater than $60 USD. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information when available. You can use the tracking number provided by the shipping carrier to follow the progress of your delivery. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been shipped.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For orders shipped to Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Kuwait, customs duties and import taxes are included in the final price (DDP shipping). No additional charges will be requested upon delivery.
Pro Gulf Padel S.L. has no control over changes in customs regulations imposed by destination countries. In the rare event that additional charges are unexpectedly requested by customs authorities, please contact us at progulfpadel@gmail.com and we will assist you in resolving the situation.
6. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please make sure that your shipping address and contact information are correct before completing your order. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
If the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at progulfpadel@gmail.com so that we can try to update the shipping information.
7. DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS
If your order appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier. If your package has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at progulfpadel@gmail.com. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and assist you as much as possible.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
8. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend taking photographs of the package before opening it. If the product inside is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at progulfpadel@gmail.com and provide:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the external packaging.
- Photos of the damaged product.
- A description of the damage.
We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
9. DELIVERY ADDRESS RESTRICTIONS
Some products or shipping services may not be available for delivery to certain locations. If we are unable to deliver an order to the address provided, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
